Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

SHIPPING POLICY 

Here at Brandi's Boutique, we process orders daily and ship all In Stock items from our retail store. 

  • Orders ship via USPS First Class/Priority Mail.
  • You will receive an order confirmation from PayPal after the payment is received & again when your order ships (including tracking number).
  • In Stock items will ship within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Allow an additional 2 weeks for processing on monogrammed orders.
  • Special orders will ship within 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Items listed as PRE-ORDER are shipped as soon as they become In Stock from the manufacturer and available to us. This can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
  • If you have multiple orders, you may receive one item before another as each item ships upon availability.
  • Please do NOT contact our Customer Service Department regarding Shipping Questions within these time frames.
  • If you have questions regarding the shipping of your order beyond the allotted time frames, please contact our Customer Service Department at brandisboutiquesales@gmail.com.
  • Please do NOT contact our retail stores by telephone regarding ONLINE orders. Our sales clerks are not permitted access to orders made online for your privacy. They will only direct you to contact Customer Service at the email address provided above.
  • Please double check your mailing address, style, color, size, and monogram prior to completing your purchase to make sure ALL information is accurate. Brandi's Boutique is NOT responsible for shipping issues due to customer error OR for items lost in transit. If USPS shows order confirmation, a replacement order will not be shipped.
